Colorado & Company Referral Agreement

NOTE: If you are a Tenant Agent representing your client for one of our Properties. This Agreement must be filled out prior to showing and applying to our listing to confirm procuring cause.

AGREEMENT:

By submitting this form in consideration for receipt of the referral of CUSTOMER/CLIENT from Referring Broker (You), Colorado & Company Real Estate, Inc agrees to pay Referring Broker the following: A flat $250 Referral Feefor referring a Landlord client, or what is reflected in MLS for co-cop compensation for referring a Tenant client. Referral Fee to be paid within 20 days from the date of received commission for referred customer/client, provided a W9 has been obtained for referring Brokerage. If customer/client inquires to Colorado & Company Real Estate, Inc about buying or selling services Colorado & Company Real Estate, Inc Broker will always refer customer/client back to Referring Broker (You)!
