Laura helped us lease a 2BR, 2B, high-rise older downtown condominium. Unfortunately, the previous tenant left without cleaning the apartment or carpet. Laura had resources and made arrangements for all that was needed, even managing to have the cleaning expedited on short notice. I’ve been working with Meredith for four or five years to rent my luxury condo. Each year she has found a wonderful tenant who is a good match for my unit. She has negotiated all those leases for me, and what I like is that she listens to both my and the tenants concerns to come up with an agreement that will work for everyone. I would rent my home again through Hadley Smith in a heartbeat! All the work of finding a tenant was in her hands. From the beginning she had professional pictures done, did the walkthroughs with potential tenants, completed background checks and got the contract signed. Not much for me to do! Christina was delightful to work with and extremely responsive. When we arrived in Denver from Canada we contacted a few agencies to help us find a short term fully furnished upscale property. Of the three firms we dealt with Christina and her firm quickly differentiated themselves as the most professional and knowledgeable firm. The caliber of properties Christina’s firm represents was a step above the other firms. When we toured the prospective properties her firm represents they were clean and well put together. Something you would expect in all higher end properties, yet that was not the case with some of the other properties we considered.
